NDIS ACCESS + PRE-PLANNING
We are here to help you from the very start of your NDIS plan journey. Our team at Inspired Partnerships (our sister company) are available to answer any questions with a free 15 minute consultation to establish your eligibility and offer you guidance and advice on the access and planning process. We can also assist you with the NDIS Access Request Form and Pre-Planning documentation. Contact our Inspired Partnerships team.
NDIS PLAN REVIEWS
Our mission is to make the NDIS Plan review process easy and stress free. We can help you prepare for your scheduled review and assist with other NDIS Plan Reviews such as Change of Circumstances (COC) to S100 Reviews (a Review of a Reviewable Decision) if you didn’t get adequate funding in your previous plan.
SUPPORT COORDINATION Level 2
Once you have a plan in place that is sufficient for your support needs, we can help you understand and implement your plan and advise how to get the most out of your NDIS funding. Our caring and knowledgeable Support Coordinators provide a very personalised service and work with your specific goals to explore what options are available to you.
SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATIOn (complex)
Specialist support coordination is a higher level of support. The focus is on reducing complexity in the participant’s support environment and helping the participant overcome immediate and/or significant barriers in plan implementation.
Specialist support coordination helps you address complex barriers that affect your access to supports and then design a service plan for their support needs, where appropriate.
parent pathways (EDUCATION + TRAINING)
We deliver an Education and Training Pathway which assists participants and their families to build capacity enabling them to understand NDIS plans, legislation requirements and the review processes.
We open the opportunity to ask questions which in turn helps scaffold participants to better position their understanding of next steps. We appreciate the importance of gathering both supporting and expert knowledge to ensure full transparency on what is able to be achieved within the scope of NDIS obligations.
