Hi, I’m Kate

I’m a mother of three gorgeous boys, two of which have been diagnosed with Autism.

Everyday I’m in awe of their amazing brains and individuality but everyday can also be incredibly challenging. I know how hard it can be as a mother of children with special needs to constantly strive for the support they need to function as independantly as they can on a daily basis.

I started Kate Read Consulting, now Inspires and Co because I knew through my own experience that there had to be a better and easier way to access the necessary funding and supports my two boys needed and are entitled to.

My mission now is to help as many families as possible navigate the often challenging and confusing process of the NDIS.

I believe that when our children are able to access reasonable and necessary funding to receive the best possible therapies and support, it not only helps them to achieve their full potential, but it also benefits the whole family!
