Accessing the LAC's notes for your Funding Support

Did you know that you can request a Freedom Of Information (FOI) and obtain all of the LAC’s notes, files and justifications they used and reasons as to why they did not fund your supports?

It is as simple as ABC. After submitting this request, you will obtain the files via email within 14 working days.

The NDIS have announced that participants should have access to their own information and want to make this process easy for everyone.
